Jolyn Silva launched her professional journey as the youngest Immigration Officer with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), where she developed a strong foundation in high-stakes decision-making and cross-cultural communication. This early experience taught her the importance of structure, precision, and empathy — qualities that have continued to guide my work across multiple industries.

Driven by a calling to support individuals on a deeper level, she became a crisis counselor, providing vital emotional support during some of life’s most difficult moments. Jolyn's work in mental health laid the groundwork for a holistic, people-centered approach that carried into her subsequent roles as a licensed massage therapist and certified esthetician which she had for 17 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. In these healing professions, she combined technical skill with emotional intelligence to help clients reconnect with their well-being and feel empowered in their bodies.

Today, Jolyn brings this diverse, service-oriented background into her role as an insurance agent, where she specializes in financial education and protection strategies. Jolyn helps individuals and families understand their options, plan confidently for the future, and safeguard what matters most. Jolyn has always been committed to being a clear, compassionate guide through complex systems
